Please join us for the Georgia Association of Manufacturers (GAM) Workforce Seminar, which will take place Thursday, June 13 - Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Sonesta Resort located at 130 Shipyard Drive, Hilton Head, SC.

This year’s event, Making Our Workforce: From Strategy to Reality, will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear the progress GAM has made in its workforce strategy and the real solutions members can expect to see emerging later this year. 

 

The seminar will include discussions on how we will address childcare and available/affordable housing – among the top workforce barriers cited by manufacturers in GAM’s 2023 workforce needs report. Moreover, we’ll delve into other critical topics impacting manufacturers’ workforce efforts, such as immigration, fair-chance hiring, and much more. 

 

This event won’t be all work and no play. We’ve set aside time for relaxation and fun, allowing you (and your family) to enjoy the activities Hilton Head Island offers.
